She comes to RS & Co. after a successful run with Keller Williams Realty, one of the strongest real estate brands in United States. Joy joined Rashkind Saunders & Co. to sharpen her business and focus more on the client experience with a nimble, relationship-driven, locally-minded brokerage.

 Joy’s work has always been rooted in customer service. Since 2013, Joy Hanes has been a full-time, licensed REALTOR and dedicated part of several top real estate sales teams in Richmond, Virginia. Prior to working as a REALTOR, she enjoyed a career in the medical services industry, but prefers the opportunity for close-working relationships and high expectations of her Real Estate clients.

 

 Born and raised in Goochland, VA, Joy still calls the Goochland family compound home and spends much of her time with her family.

 

 Joy is an animal lover and devotes much of her spare time to volunteering with her therapy dog Rigsby at local hospitals, nursing homes, and schools. To truly unwind, you’ll find her off-roadin’ in her pick-up truck, riding her motorcyle, or watching her beloved Dallas Cowboys.
